In this technique few viable spermatozoa are enough to achieve fertilization of the oocytes. Each oocyte will be injected with one spermatozoa using a special micromanipulator and a microscope. Later they are incubated in the same manner as in IVF procedure.

Fresh eggs are fertilized after getting collected from egg donor.
